Our yoga classes are designed to match the students' level of fitness. Mats, yoga blocks and ties are available if required.
Beginner Meditation
Our course gives the new meditator a real basis to begin a practice of meditation. Available in one or four sessions.
General Health, Diet and Lifestyle
We offer an introduction to a natural health lifestyle, and how to cleanse the body in order to maintain good health.
Stress Management Series 6 sessions (or individual sessions) 40 minutes each
1. Mind Dynamics: Understanding the fundamentals of how stress is created while using techniques to master the awareness of the mind.
2. Expression: Using communication techniques to clear subconscious stress factors.
3. Yoga: Yoga postures with breath and contemplation to release stress.
4. Breathing: Explore a variety of breathing exercises to charge the body with energy.
5. Meditation: Focus and calm the mind using breath meditation.
6. Relaxation and Music: Use music while focusing on a body release sequence.
Thai Yoga Massage Workshop 3 hrs
Learn how to give and receive a Thai yoga massage with a partner. Thai Massage integrates yoga stretching, gentle rocking, acupressure of energy lines and rhythmic compressions to create a unique and spiritual massage experience. Loose clothing is recommended.
We can also design a program specialized to your needs. You can choose a session of 40 min or 1 ½ hrs or a series of any sessions offered.

Motivational Training in the Workplace
These sessions inspire the participants into visualizing their goals, pinpointing obstacles, taking actions and focusing on the purpose through writing exercises and communication techniques, and private coaching sessions.

Private Sessions
Thai Yoga Massage: 1 ½ hrs
Incorporating gentle rocking, deep yoga stretches, acupressure of the energy lines and rhythmic compressions to create a therapeutic and relaxing massage experience. Client should be dressed in loose clothing.
Mind Clearing and Counseling: 1 ½ hrs
One on one sessions to clear current issues, core issues, stuck conditions, difficult life transitions, traumatic incidents, sudden losses, relationship dramas or major lifestyle changes. Mind clearing also assists in the recovery of personal energy, power of choice, the ability to relate, and more.
